- Chassis: Self-supporting high-strength steel structure.
- Axles: 1st liftable, 2nd fixed, 3rd steering with ETS system
- Braking system: Drum brakes, pneumatic in 2 sections according to EU directives 71/320 – 91/422 (CEE regulations) with 2 channel EBS (4S/3M) and RSS (Roll Stability Support) and ABS.
- Parking Brakes: spring cylinders (maxi brakes) with pneumatic controls.
- Suspensions: pneumatic type with electronic control.
- Tires: 12 x 235/75 R17,5 aluminum or steel rims.
- Loading decks: 1 – 3 movables hydraulic aluminum decks used horizontally to lift the pigs up or down.

- Heating system: 140 kw diesel burners for washing water and for heating cargo area.

- Ventilation air system and emergency air system: Prefilters and HEPA filters according to rules of The Health Status Management under SEGES.
- Temperature control: system with wireless sensors on decks, lift and outside.
- Automatic washing and disinfection system: high pressure washer (30 litres / minutes, 130 bar), stainless steel components.
